Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient operation of plant equipment and production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventive & corrective maintenance of industrial equipment
  • Troubleshooting Siemens PLC / CNC / Robotics machines
  • Maintenance of conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
  • Support production during machine breakdowns
  • Basic programming, HMI troubleshooting & automation support
  • Ensure safety compliance during maintenance activities

KPIs:

  • Minimize equipment downtime
  • MTTR: Minor faults to be resolved within 2 hours
  • MTBF Target: 1500 Hours
  • 95% machine availability
  • 100% completion of preventive maintenance tasks
  • Zero safety incidents

Candidate Requirements:

  • Technical Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics)
  • 2 5 years of experience in industrial CNC / Siemens PLC / Robotics machine maintenance
  • Experience in manufacturing / fabrication environment
  • Hands-on experience with automation systems & troubleshooting
  • Exposure to robot programming, setup & maintenance preferred

Desired Candidate Profile
