Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide expert electrolysis and facial treatments in compliance with Furless Treatment Protocols and industry best practices.
  • Ensure the highest level of client care, offering personalized treatment plans and expert advice to enhance client satisfaction and results.
  • Drive client retention by building strong relationships, educating clients on the benefits of regular treatments, and following up on their progress.
  • Proactively promote and upsell relevant services and retail products to maximize revenue and enhance client results.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve business goals and maintain service excellence.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry advancements and treatment techniques.
  • Uphold the brand s reputation by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Grade 12 education. Beauty Therapy diploma is a plus.
  • DHA eligibility for beauty therapy professional license preferred.
  • minimum 2+ years of experience as a professional electrologist or therapist.
  • Proven ability to retain clients and upsell services and products.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Sales and upselling skills to promote additional treatments and retail products.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
  • Strong teamwork ethic with the ability to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining hygiene and treatment standards.
