Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integrated electro-mechanical systems for various construction and industrial projects.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, civil engineers, and project managers, to deliver seamless project execution.
- Conduct detailed site inspections and technical evaluations to identify and resolve system issues or inefficiencies.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
- Ensure all engineering activities adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones within set parameters.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality components and materials.
- Continuously research and implement emerging technologies to enhance system performance and sustainability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing integrated electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Experience with on-site supervision and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Willingness to work on-site as required by project demands.
