Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the factory s infrastructure, diagnosing, and repairing facility equipment malfunctions.
  • Knowledge of the principles of cleanroom and production line design and maintenance, and leading the implementation of workshop setup plans.
  • Promptly handling any issues with facility equipment to ensure continuous and stable production.
  • Fully responsible for managing engineering modification projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to the schedule.
  • Organizing and managing the operation and maintenance team to improve work efficiency.
  • Coordinating between Chinese managers, Egyptian staff, and various factory departments.
  • Translating documents related to electromechanical projects and preparing daily reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance or related work.
  • Knowledge of electromechanical equipment principles and operation, with a basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Holding an electrician license or similar professional certification is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate daily in Chinese and familiarity with document translation.
  • Proficient in using Excel and Word for report preparation.
  • Active, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Residence: Preferably residents of 10th of Ramadan City or nearby areas.
