Monitor the continuous availability of equipment

• Monitor the operation of the packaging machine/line and control devices and adjust as needed.
• Check the safety of the facilities
• Clean, repair or replace defective parts
• Drafting technical intervention sheets (machine maintenance file) and providing information on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Participate in improving maintenance procedures
• Implement more efficient systems to increase machine productivity and lifespan
• Ensure that all activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Reporting difficulties encountered to one's hierarchy
• Perform any other tasks requested by their superiors related to the improvement and development of the activities of their job or department.
• Assist the maintenance team, whether on-site or not, as needed.
• Ensure the application and compliance of the PRPs and report any deviations concerning them
• Ensure the application of the HACCP/PRPO plan, make all necessary records and monitor its implementation.
• Take charge of managing and communicating organizational changes within your department
• Ensure the rigorous application of the current document management procedure
• To contribute effectively to achieving the objectives defined and outlined by the General Management and/or the hierarchical manager
• To report any malfunction, anomaly, danger or undesirable event
• Propose preventive actions and/or continuous improvement actions

• Advanced Technician Diploma in mechanics, electricity, electrotechnics, electromechanics and electronics
• Professional experience: 1 year in a similar position
• My proficiency with computer tools (Windows Office, or Office 365, etc.)
• Good mastery in hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Language proficiency: Arabic and French
• Rigour and organisation.
