Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Performs ELM maintenance work, both corrective and preventive, on the engines and components of the company's rolling stock and machinery.
Attributions (t ches et responsabilit s) :
- Prepare the equipment, materials, components and electrical circuits.
- Consult the repair and maintenance manual.
- Diagnose faults using measuring equipment.
- Proceed with the disassemblies, respecting the ranges.
- Replace the defective parts and/or components.
- Inspect the other parts of the disassembled equipment.
- Assemble the different pieces.
- Adjust and align the different parts of the machine.
- Visually check the finish of the work.
- Carry out complex assembly and disassembly operations of electrical components (starter, alternator, fan, windshield wiper motor, air conditioning and heating system, lighting and electrical installation).
- Carry out repairs that do not require modifications or new work.
- Participate in the control and testing of equipment, whether operational or newly acquired, in relation to the relevant technical structures.
- To work on electromechanical equipment.
- Carry out intervention missions on construction sites.
- Proc der aux essais.
- Perform all similar tasks or tasks of the same qualification as instructed by his/her superiors.
In terms of QHSE:
- Respect the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and the Project.
- Apply the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System.
- Perform operations and handle sharp and blunt tools, both manual and electromechanical, correctly and appropriately, with caution... while respecting safety rules.
- Follow the safety instructions contained in the user manuals provided by the manufacturers.
- Ensure the recovery of used oils, lubricants... without soil contamination.
- Ensure that the premises are cleaned and that tools are maintained after use.
- Wear the appropriate collective and individual protective equipment (CPE and PPE).
- Communicate any malfunction or relevant information related to the activity to your superiors.
Desired Candidate Profile
General training: Technician, CFPA ELM
- Professional training: installation technology, operating conditions, team management.
- Professional experience: 3 years.
- Immediate availability.
