Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring an electromechanical technician for our farm based in Iraq.
Key Responsibilities
1-Equipment Installation & Maintenance
Install and service irrigation systems, feed systems, milking machines, grain dryers, etc.
Set up and calibrate sensors, motors, and automated machinery.
2-Electrical Systems
Troubleshoot wiring, motors, and control panels.
Repair and maintain electrical systems in barns, greenhouses, or storage facilities.
3-Mechanical Systems
Repair gearboxes, pumps, conveyor belts, and other moving parts.
Maintain tractors, harvesters, and other farm machinery with electronic components.
4-Automation & Controls
Program and maintain PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) used in automated systems.
Work with smart farming tech like precision agriculture tools, GPS-guided tractors, or drones.
5-Safety & Compliance
Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems meet safety regulations.
Maintain accurate logs and maintenance records.
