The electromechanical technician's mission is to carry out the operations necessary for the proper functioning, upkeep and maintenance of the electrical, automation, hydraulic and electromechanical installations of the entire site, in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and the directives of the CEV Director, while respecting management procedures as well as the rules of Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment (QHSE).

S takes care and complies with HSE

• Applies and enforces safety instructions related to equipment and all types of installations
• Is responsible for the safety of personnel and work equipment (firefighting, lockout/tagout, emergency stops) in compliance with HSE instructions given by the CEV Director or the HQSE manager or indicated in the As-Built Documentation (DOE) of integrators, suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensures that site safety instructions are followed by suppliers and subcontractors or any person/third party acting under their responsibility.
• Supports and monitors suppliers and subcontractors during their interventions

Operation and continuity of service

• Follow the operating instructions indicated in the internal sheets and procedures.
• Works on the electrical, automation, electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems of equipment to ensure their proper functioning
• Monitors operating parameters and takes appropriate corrective action based on these parameters.
• Optimizes equipment uptime
• Optimizes electricity consumption

Operation of the wastewater treatment plant:

• Facility monitoring: Checking the proper functioning of equipment and processing procedures.
• Sample analysis: Collecting and analyzing water samples to verify their compliance with standards.
• Equipment maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on the installations.
• Incident management: Intervene quickly in case of malfunction or breakdown to ensure continuity of processing.
• Monitoring costs and energy consumption: Optimizing resource use to reduce operating costs.
• Reporting and documentation: Maintain logbooks and write reports on system operation and performance.

Maintenance of facilities and equipment

• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on the installations, equipment, materials and tools provided
• At the request of the CEV Director, R carries out electrical maintenance, automation and electromechanical maintenance operations.
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment faults and malfunctions
• Proposes corrective actions to address breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Keeps the various tools, devices and equipment in good working order

Operational monitoring:

• Reports information up the hierarchy (anomaly, incident, absence, malfunction, performance)
• Ensures the operational monitoring of equipment
• Reports maintenance indicators monthly to the hierarchy
