Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and electronic systems.
* Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot operational faults.
* Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC systems, sensors, control panels, and electrical circuits.
* Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
* Ensure continuity of production processes by minimizing machine downtime.
* Maintain technical documentation and maintenance reports.
* Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
* 2–3 years of experience in FMCG or industrial manufacturing environments.
* Hands-on experience with PLC systems and industrial maintenance.
* Strong troubleshooting and fault analysis skills.
* Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
* Good knowledge of automation and control systems.
* Strong technical and communication skills.
* Previous experience in factory maintenance operations is highly preferred.
