Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in electronic devices mainly Speakers and associated components. Ensure all repairs meet or exceed company and manufacturer quality standards
- Liaise with supplier to obtain technical information and replacement parts for both warranty and non-warranty repairs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work orders, test reports, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in audio engineering or electrical/electronics engineering.
- Certificate or Associate's Degree: Programs in electronic engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics maintenance, repair, or a related field.
