Key Responsibilities

• Use excellent subject knowledge, pedagogic and interpersonal skills to enthuse students and enable students to enjoy learning.
• Encourage and enable all students to become effective, confident and independent life-long learners.
• Deliver a programme of learning opportunities and activities to enrich and enhance the taught curriculum.
• Working with students one-on-one when help is needed.
• Plan lessons taking in full account of students individual learning needs, as well as their individual learning styles, preferences and capabilities.
• Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of the students in her/his classes.
• Maintain excellent professional relationships with colleagues by making a wider professional contribution to the continuing improvement of the school.
• Engage and motivate students to achieve at levels that are beyond their expectations and previous limits.
• Ability to develop lesson plans and successfully instruct students in theories, methods and tasks.
• Teach with consistent effectiveness the students in her/his classes, taking full account of all students individual educational needs.
• Other responsibilities as reasonably requested by head of department.

We are looking for Teachers with the following:

A recognized teaching qualification (i.e. Qualified Teacher Status)

Preferably two years of teaching experience in Subject

Proficient in English or can demonstrate an IELETS level of 6.5 or higher

Experience in teaching the American curriculum would be an advantage (professional training is provided)

Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment and integrity
