• (Mitsubishi & Other Brands | Low- & High-Rise Buildings | 3–7 Years Experience)
• Ability to read, understand, and execute layout drawings, manuals, and technical specifications accurately.
• Conduct site surveys and site coordination based on approved layouts and project requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Room (MR) and Machine Room-Less (MRL) elevator systems.
• Skilled in working with and without scaffolding, using appropriate power tools and hand tools.
• Thorough understanding of safety practices, compliance with regulations, and use of full PPE at all work locations.

Installation & Execution Responsibilities

• Finalization of templating and layout markings.
• Guide rail installation, including support bracket anchoring and welding.
• Rail hoisting, alignment, and leveling.
• Installation of door frames, landing doors, and accessories.
• Installation of pit equipment and accessories, including buffers and safety components.
• Installation and setting of limit switches and hoistway cabling.
• Installation of traction machine, overspeed governor (OSG), and safety gear.
• Assembly of counterweight (CWT) frame, cabin sling, and car components.
• Roping and tensioning of steel wire ropes.
• Cabin assembly and finishing.
• Installation of compensation sheave and compensation chains/ropes.
• Installation of OL/Door Lock Devices (OLD) and related safety circuits.
• Installation and wiring of control panels, ARD (Automatic Rescue Device), and group control panels.
