Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for elevator and escalator products within assigned territories.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
Conduct site visits and technical assessments to determine client needs and project specifications.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in vertical transportation.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Provide post-sales support, including technical clarifications and coordination for installation and commissioning.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the elevator or escalator industry.
Strong understanding of elevator and escalator systems, components, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Ability to conduct site surveys and interpret technical drawings.
Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Desired Candidate Profile
