Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a qualified and experienced ELV Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be familiar with UAE standards, possess a valid SIRA certificate, and hold a UAE driving license. The role involves design, installation, coordination, and supervision of ELV systems across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design, install, test, and commission ELV systems
Handle systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Intercom, Fire Alarm interface, and other low-current systems
Ensure all work complies with UAE regulations and standards (SIRA, Dubai Police, Civil Defense, etc.)
Prepare technical drawings, material submittals, method statements, and reports
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
Supervise technicians and subcontractors on-site
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and system optimization
Attend site meetings and inspections
Desired Candidate Profile
Skill Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of ELV experience in the UAE
Valid SIRA Certificate (Mandatory)
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of UAE ELV standards and authority approvals
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with major ELV brands and systems
Project management and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
