Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Engineer at Protechtors, you will drive business growth by identifying new prospects and managing existing client relationships within the UAE. You will act as a technical advisor, bridging the gap between client security needs and the company’s ELV/ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Management: Lead the full sales cycle from initial consultation to contract negotiation and final closure.
Technical Consultation: Conduct site surveys to understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions in ELV, ICT, CCTV, and surveillance.
Documentation & Proposals: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs), CAD drawings, and technical proposals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including consultants and end-users.
Pipeline Management: Submit and maintain a weekly pipeline report to track sales progress.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in ELV, ICT, or CCTV sales/systems engineering.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IP CCTV, Access Control, PA systems, and structured cabling.
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and capability to work independently.
