Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, install, test, and commission core ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Structured Cabling, and IT Networks.

  • Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, and coordinate drawings to ensure accurate execution and system integration.

  • Manage site activities, supervise technicians/subcontractors, and ensure compliance with SIRA, DCD, DEWA, and international standards.

  • Conduct testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and final handover with complete documentation and client coordination.

  • Ensure system quality, safety, and performance while resolving technical issues and maintaining project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

A technically strong ELV Engineer with hands‑on expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and Structured Cabling systems. Capable of managing design review, BOQ preparation, installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover with full compliance to SIRA, DCD, and DEWA standards. Skilled in site coordination, troubleshooting, documentation, and delivering integrated smart‑building solutions. Strong communication, leadership, and client‑handling abilities to ensure smooth project execution.
