Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot ELV/PA systems/Electronic Instruments including:
- CCTV
- Access Control / Door Controllers
- Time Attendance
- SMATV / IPTV
- Structured Cabling / Data Points
- Intercom / Gate Barrier
- PA System
- Attend breakdown calls and ensure closure within SLA.
- Perform periodic inspections, functional testing, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose faults such as:
- camera offline/no display
- NVR/DVR issues, storage issues
- network cable faults, patching issues
- access reader/door lock failures
- Projector failures
- PCB failures
- Basic configuration support for NVR, IP cameras, switches (as per access).
- Maintain records, checklists, and system updates with evidence.
- Coordinate with vendors/IT team when required.
- Ensure safe working practices, cable dressing, labeling and housekeeping.
