Role Overview

The Email Lifecycle Associate will support the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and push. This role blends campaign management, cross-functional coordination, reporting, testing, and creative problem-solving to drive engagement, conversion, and overall lifecycle performance.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Manage the batch-and-blast campaign calendar across email, SMS, and push, including planning, content ideation, briefing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.

  • Test and analyze campaign performance to ensure each message effectively drives results without increasing churn.

Cross-Functional Project Management
  • Project manage the cross-functional promotional calendar, overseeing sale periods from initial planning through go-live and post-promotion analysis.

  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, creative, and product teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging and improve time to conversion across all funnel stages.

Reporting & Insights
  • Manage weekly KPI reporting, uncover insights from data, and share key findings with stakeholders.

  • Deliver clear and concise reporting on lifecycle marketing metrics to senior management.

Creative & Operational Support
  • Write and submit creative briefs using the project management tool.

  • Schedule and deploy emails within the ESP.

  • Support the Director of Lifecycle and Associate Manager with ad hoc projects tied to email initiatives.

Qualifications Experience
  • 1 2+ years in marketing, strategy, or consulting at a B2C or e-commerce brand.

  • Understanding of CRM strategies, tactics, and tools.

  • Familiarity with Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar ESPs; familiarity with Liquid is a plus.

  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, and/or Google Analytics.
