Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Email Automation & Flows

  • Personally build and optimize Klaviyo flows, including:

    • Welcome Series

    • Browse Abandonment

    • Cart & Checkout Abandonment

    • Post-Purchase (education, cross-sell, upsell)

    • Winback / Lapsed Customers

  • Continuously test timing, subject lines, messaging, and offers

  • Increase flow-driven revenue month over month

Campaign Execution

  • Execute 2–4 revenue-focused campaigns per week

  • Campaign themes include:

    • New arrivals

    • Gold staples

    • Birthstones

    • Gifting moments (Valentine’s Day, Eid, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas)

  • Work with existing creative assets and product data

  • Maintain a premium, conversion-focused tone

Segmentation & Performance

  • Segment audiences by engagement, purchase behavior, and product preferences

  • Maintain list hygiene and deliverability

  • Track and report on revenue per send and email-attributed revenue

Desired Candidate Profile



Required Experience (Read Carefully)

You must have:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience for an e-commerce brand

  • Direct experience building and running Klaviyo flows in production

  • Proven ability to generate revenue from email

  • Strong copywriting focused on conversion (not branding only)

  • Experience working with Shopify-based stores

Candidates who have only managed agencies or coordinated email work will not be considered.


Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or luxury e-commerce

  • Klaviyo SMS experience

  • Basic HTML knowledge within Klaviyo templates

  • Experience with large product catalogs
