Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and designing launch email campaigns, supporting partner offering page setup, and creating launch-related content for new partners joining the platform. This role requires someone highly detail-oriented who can execute quickly, collaborate closely with sales, and maintain quality across multiple simultaneous projects.
Key Responsibilities Email Creation & Design
Build and design launch email campaigns for new restaurant and shop partners using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
Ensure emails are visually appealing, responsive, and optimized for deliverability.
Work within established email templates and branding guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
Partner closely with the sales team to support new partner launches and maintain alignment on priorities and deadlines.
Communicate status updates proactively, flag blockers early, and escalate delays before they affect launch timelines.
Offering Buildout & Launch Support
Build partner offering pages within the platform, including SKU setup and content population using AI-assisted prompts and provided assets.
Create social media launch guides, including recommended Instagram captions and website copy.
Manage multiple active launches simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Testing & Optimization
Test emails across devices and email clients to ensure compatibility.
Monitor campaign performance including open rates and click-through rates, and suggest improvements.
Quality Control
Proofread all email content for spelling, grammar, and accuracy.
Verify links, images, and functionality before launch.
Qualifications Experience
Previous experience using email marketing platforms, preferably Mailchimp.
Experience working in marketing environments that require managing multiple deadlines.
Experience collaborating with or supporting sales teams is strongly preferred.
Skills
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Familiarity with email marketing best practices including A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Proactive communication style, with the ability to flag issues early and keep stakeholders informed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization.
Experience with email automation and advanced email marketing strategies.
