Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded hardware systems, ensuring they meet specified performance, safety, and regulatory requirements, from concept to production.
- Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection, considering factors like signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal management for optimal system performance.
- Conduct thorough hardware testing, debugging, and validation, utilizing oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other test equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to integrate hardware and software components, ensuring seamless system functionality and data exchange.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in hardware design principles.
- Proven experience in embedded hardware design, with a minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience, showcasing practical application of knowledge.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro), enabling efficient design and documentation.
- Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit design principles, including signal integrity, power distribution, and component selection, to create robust systems.
