Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop navigation systems based on GNSS and INS for UAV platforms

  • Design and implement navigation algorithms for positioning and guidance

  • Integrate GNSS receivers and navigation sensors into UAV systems

  • Implement sensor fusion techniques to improve positioning accuracy

  • Integrate anti-jamming GPS and enhance signal reliability

  • Perform calibration and tuning of navigation systems

  • Improve positioning accuracy and system reliability in various environments

  • Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of navigation systems

  • Collaborate with avionics and RF teams to ensure system-level integration

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in GNSS, navigation systems, or related engineering fields

  • Strong understanding of GNSS systems (GPS, satellite navigation) and INS integration

  • Experience in navigation algorithms and positioning systems

  • Knowledge of sensor fusion techniques and Kalman filtering

  • Experience in GNSS calibration, tuning, and accuracy improvement

  • Familiarity with anti-jamming techniques and signal reliability enhancement

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with UAV, robotics, or autonomous systems is a plus

  • Ability to work closely with hardware and communication (RF) teams
