Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate embroidery machines with precision, ensuring correct thread tension and settings for optimal output.
- Review design specifications and production orders to determine the correct embroidery patterns and colors needed for each project.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues, making necessary adjustments to avoid production delays and material waste.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on embroidery machines to ensure longevity and consistent quality of work.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in textile arts or machine operation preferred.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience operating commercial embroidery machines in a production environment.
- Familiarity with embroidery software and design programs, showcasing a blend of technical and creative skills.
- Certification in textile or sewing technology is a plus, demonstrating commitment to professional growth.
