Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Embryologist to join a leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider with a well-established fertility program. This role focuses on delivering high-quality assisted reproductive technology (ART) services within a state-of-the-art laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, and cryopreservation procedures
- Handle gametes and embryos with precision and care
- Monitor embryo development and maintain accurate lab records
- Ensure compliance with quality control and international lab standards
- Collaborate with fertility specialists and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in audits, accreditation, and continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Degree in Embryology / Reproductive Biology or related field
- Strong hands-on experience in IVF lab and ICSI
- Eligibility for DOH license (Abu Dhabi)
- High level of accuracy and laboratory discipline
