Roles & Responsibilities

Overview A leading tertiary healthcare group in the UAE is seeking an experienced Embryologist to join its advanced assisted reproduction services. This is a opportunity for a skilled specialist with expertise in IVF laboratory techniques, embryology procedures, and patient-centred fertility care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced embryology procedures including IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, and embryo transfer support.
  • Maintain strict laboratory protocols to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with reproductive endocrinologists, andrology specialists, and clinical teams to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality assurance, laboratory audits, and protocol development.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training for junior laboratory staff.
  • Keep detailed laboratory records and ensure accurate reporting of clinical data.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile

  • Advanced degree in Embryology or related field (MSc, PhD, or equivalent).
  • Significant laboratory experience in ART/IVF, preferably at a tertiary-level facility.
  • Proven expertise in handling oocytes, sperm, embryos, and cryopreservation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of ART regulations and laboratory quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
