Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed assessments of gametes and embryos to ensure optimal quality for implantation.
  • Utilize advanced laboratory techniques for in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures, including ICSI and embryo culture.
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
  • Perform embryo freezing (cryopreservation) and thawing procedures, maximizing viability and success rates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's or PhD in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an IVF laboratory environment.
  • Certification from a recognized body, such as the American Board of Bioanalysis or equivalent.
  • Proficient in laboratory techniques, including ICSI, embryo culture, and cryopreservation.
