We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing immediate medical attention to patients with acute illnesses or injuries, ensuring timely diagnosis, stabilization, and management of emergency cases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, high-quality medical care to patients presenting with emergency conditions.
• Triage patients based on severity and initiate immediate intervention when necessary.
• Perform necessary procedures such as intubation, resuscitation, suturing, fracture management, and other emergency interventions.
• Collaborate with other specialists and departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in accordance with legal and hospital guidelines.
• Participate in disaster response planning and mass casualty protocols when required.
• Stay updated with current emergency medicine practices and guidelines.
• Supervise and guide nursing and junior medical staff within the ER department.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and patient safety standards.
