Emergency Medicine Technicians (EMT)

We are seeking qualified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join the emergency response team at our client s Healthcare Establishment in Oman.

The EMT will provide immediate medical care, stabilize patients, and ensure safe transport to healthcare facilities. This role requires professionalism, strong clinical skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care.
• Conduct patient assessments and administer appropriate treatment.
• Perform BLS and ACLS procedures when required.
• Maintain patient records, daily logs, and incident reports.
• Ensure all medical equipment and supplies at the site are operational and stocked.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and the HSE team on emergency readiness.
• Follow all clinical guidelines, safety procedures, and company regulations.
• Support preventive health and awareness programs at the site.

Qualifications & Certifications Required

• EMT / Diploma / Degree in Paramedicine or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Paramedic.
• Valid BLS Certification.
• Valid ACLS Certification.
• Dataflow Verification completed or in process.
• PSV / Person VUE mandatory.
• Valid medical license/certification as per regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response and life support procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions & Schedule

• Site-based duty at company project locations.
• 12-hour duty, 7 days per week.
• Duty cycle: 3 months on duty, followed by 1 month off (unpaid).
• Must be able to work in challenging or remote work-site conditions.

Salary & Benefits

• Daily Wage: OMR 25 per day.
• Salary paid based on daily attendance.
• Ticket Allowance: OMR 120 every 2 years to home country.

• Visa: 2-year employment visa provided.
