What You Will Do

• The Engineering Program comprises six assignments over two years, focusing on key technical

areas such as Installation and Service Operations and Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and

Front Line Sales).

• After completing the program, you'll be well-positioned to advance your career in a role that

matches your skills and interests.

Skills You Will Develop

Installation and Service Operations:

• Technical Skills: Grasping engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
