Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and assessments for patients requiring physiotherapy treatment. Formulate and deliver individualized treatment programs based on evidence-based practice and clinical assessment. Advise staff on alternative physiotherapy treatment plans versus unnecessary invasive treatments. Use physical methods to treat injury and disease, improving patients’ physical functioning and range of movement. Ensure appropriate referral of patients to other professionals and services. Undertake comprehensive assessments, including for patients with complex healthcare needs. Assist in the development and education of treatment programs. Make recommendations to enhance physiotherapy services. Provide emergency care and attend annual resuscitation training. Demonstrate clinical expertise and recognize areas for improvement.
