Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's Emiratisation strategy, aligning with UAE labor laws and organizational goals, to boost national workforce participation.
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for Emirati candidates, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government entities like the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration.
  • Design and implement training and development programs specifically tailored for Emirati employees, enhancing their skills and career progression.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Emirati employees, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth and success.
  • Oversee the Emiratisation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for training, development, and related initiatives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports on Emiratisation metrics, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the workplace, fostering a supportive environment for Emirati employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hold relevant professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM, demonstrating expertise in HR practices.
  • Have at least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Emiratisation within the UAE.
  • Be a UAE national, reflecting the core requirement of the role.
  • Be fluent in both Arabic and English, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, facilitating data analysis and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving Emiratisation initiatives and overcoming challenges.
