Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a retention and engagement strategy that fosters purpose, belonging, and long-term commitment among Emirati employees.
* Design inclusive onboarding programs to support Emirati integration and reduce early attrition.
* Create and manage learning and career development initiatives aligned with Emirati career goals.
* Lead recognition and engagement programs to celebrate contributions to the Emiratization strategy.
* Implement structured graduate development programs to nurture young Emirati professionals.
* Promote cultural awareness initiatives that bridge cultural gaps and foster a collaborative workplace.
* Utilize data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 8 10 years of HR, consulting, or organizational development experience, preferably focused on retention and engagement.
* Strong understanding of Emiratization policies, workforce planning, and talent development strategies.
* Skilled in stakeholder management, program design, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
* Analytical mindset with experience in using data to guide strategic decisions.
