Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and adjust exhaust system calibrations.
- Optimize engine management parameters to minimize NOx, CO, HC, particulate matter, and CO emissions.
- Conduct testing on engine dyno, chassis dyno, and in real-world conditions (RDE, WLTP).
- Participate in the homologation campaign in collaboration with laboratories and regulatory teams.
- Analyze results and propose corrective actions for calibration.
- Utilize emissions measurement and ECU data tools (INCA, CANape, AVL CRETA, Matlab).
- Diagnose deviations from regulatory and customer targets.
- Work closely with engine, hardware, software, and homologation teams.
- Provide calibration support to project teams and suppliers.
Desired Candidate Profile
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education: Engineering degree or Master s in Powertrain, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in emissions-focused engine calibration.
- Languages: Proficient in technical French and English.
- Personal qualities: Rigorous, analytical, team-oriented, autonomous.
- Mobility: Based in Casablanca and/or Oued Zem.
- Proficiency in exhaust after-treatment systems.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (Euro 6/7, WLTP, RDE, EPA, CARB).
- Experience with calibration and data acquisition tools (INCA, CANape, AVL CRETA).
- Understanding of combustion processes and engine/emissions interactions.
- Ability to perform statistical analysis and process test data.
