Roles & Responsibilities


Job Summary :

Support a healthy work environment by handling
employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and promoting
employee engagement


Responsibilities :

  • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Investigate misconduct and recommend disciplinary action.
  • Support policy enforcement and updates.
  • Conduct exit interviews and report trends.
  • Manage employee engagement and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal rules.


Requirements
  • Bachelor s in Law, HR, or Psychology.
  • 4+ years in employee relations or HR generalist role.
  • Strong mediation, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor regulations.
  • Discretion and sound judgment.
  • Strong command of HR systems (e.g., MenaITech, SAP, Oracle).
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
