Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an EMR/HIS Training Supporter to assist in training healthcare staff on system usage and ensure smooth adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SMEs/trainers in delivering training sessions
  • Coordinate and communicate training schedules
  • Assist users during hands-on training
  • Distribute training materials and collect feedback
  • Support user assessments and refresher sessions
  • Help prepare system configurations for training

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • French language is mandatory
