Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the endoscopy unit's daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures specific to endoscopy, staying current with best practices.
- Supervise and mentor a team of endoscopy nurses and technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and seamless procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Holds a current Registered Nurse (RN) license, demonstrating professional competence.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), ensuring critical care readiness.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in endoscopy nursing, showcasing specialized expertise.
