To manage and oversee endowment-related funds and contributions in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while developing and enhancing policies, procedures, and initiatives that support operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.
 

Job Description:

Transfer unclaimed funds (lost and found money) to the account allocated by the Authority, in coordination with the relevant government entities, as a designated pool for such funds.

• Prepare comprehensive databases containing all details of the deposited funds and follow up with the competent authorities within the specified timeframes, in accordance with applicable regulations and bylaws.

• Develop initiatives and campaigns to encourage individuals to engage with the Authority’s programs and become contributors, utilizing various digital channels to achieve these objectives.

• Propose and develop policies and procedures related to managing contributions in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, in line with applicable systems and regulations.

• Develop and enhance policies and procedures based on institutional development and operational methodologies.

• Manage the process of establishing procedures, defining process owners, documenting processes, and preparing the necessary forms and templates related to funds under the department’s jurisdiction, including oversight, safeguarding, and procedural management.

• Apply the latest and most appropriate tools and methodologies for analysis and planning.

• Update policies and procedures in accordance with best practices, strategies, and approved implementation methodologies.

• Implement amendments and changes related to endowment policies and procedures.

• Monitor projects aimed at improving policies and procedures, ensuring proper activation and implementation prior to full execution.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
