Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive endowment applications, licenses, and permits according to approved systems and procedures, and ensure completion of required organizational documents before submitting them to the competent authorities for approval.
Update all beneficiary data in the system, process applications electronically, and determine priorities and schedules.
Prepare, register, classify, and archive endowment documents and data according to approved systems and submit them to relevant administrative and regulatory authorities.
Coordinate with concerned authorities to ensure implementation of approved policies and procedures related to endowment registration and licensing.
Update and classify endowment databases using modern methods, tools, and technologies

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Islamic Finance Professional (CIFP) or similar, demonstrating specialized knowledge.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, Islamic finance, or related fields, showcasing practical expertise.
Demonstrates experience working within the endowments sector or similar charitable organizations, understanding the nuances of the industry.
