Your future work environment

You will join the Information Systems Department, whose role is to ensure the proper functioning of information technologies within the Sopra Steria Group.

In order to meet the Group's challenges and overall digital strategy, the IT Department manages the design, implementation, and deployment of reliable IT solutions tailored to needs. It ensures the management and optimization of technological infrastructures as well as their maintenance in operational and security condition.

Within the IT Department, you will join the Modern Workplace team, managing Windows and Mac workstations.

Your role and your missions:

-Develop technical solutions
-Define, develop and operate workstation configurations and technical solutions: Windows 11, Intune, AutoPilot, MECM, AD, Azure AD, MacOS.
-Automate tasks and application packaging: PowerShell scripting
-Ensure quality of service and incident responses (from implementation to N2/N3 support),
-Study alternative fleet management solutions.

Technical environment:

Windows Workstation /Mac OS/Autopilot/mecm/Intune/jamf
Defender for endpoint/SentinelOne/CyberArk.
