Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (M/F), you will be dedicated to managing calls for our client,
- To ensure a very high quality service by expertly handling customer calls.
- Assisting clients, providing real added value at every interaction and leaving them with a positive impression that meets the requirements of our company.
- systematically assess customer needs, take them into account and exceed their expectations.
You each provide a warm and personalized welcome, and develop a privileged relationship with them.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience required in customer service and in managing a client portfolio.
- Perfect mastery of the French language, with good fluency in both spoken and written French.
- Excellent argumentative skills.
- Business logic.
- Real sense of listening.

- Passionate about digital marketing
