Roles & Responsibilities

The Engagement Agent is a crucial member of our client services team, responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met through exceptional service delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to identify client concerns and implement solutions effectively while collaborating closely with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations, customer service, or engagement roles, preferably in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client engagement.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights to improve client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
