Who are we?

Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) is a Safran Group company. With nearly 15,000 employees across 31 sites in 9 countries, SAE has been an aircraft engine manufacturer for over 110 years. We design, develop, produce and market, alone or in cooperation, engines for civil and military aircraft, as well as for satellites.
SAE has a network of civil engine maintenance workshops worldwide and offers its customers a full range of services: performance restoration, replacement of parts with limited lifespan, inspection and maintenance of the entire engine and its equipment.
To cope with the increased demand for LEAP engine maintenance in the coming years, Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) has begun construction of a new shop in Morocco. Our new workshop, located in the Casablanca-Settat region, will handle the maintenance of new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP), which notably power the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737 Max.
Within the production department, the Engine Overhaul Engineer works directly in the maintenance workshops to ensure the refurbishment, reliability, and regulatory compliance of engines and their modules.
In a context of high quality and safety requirements, they will participate in a structured development program, combining technical training and soft skills development, with the goal of eventual progression to a production supervisor position.
Its main missions are as follows:
Participate in heavy maintenance (overhaul) activities on propulsion systems: disassembly, inspection, assessment, repair and reassembly.
Apply and enforce maintenance procedures, manufacturer manuals and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to monitoring airworthiness, parts traceability and associated documentation.
Collaborate closely with the production, quality, methods, logistics and test bench teams.
Monitor performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement actions
. Gradually increase responsibility in order to coordinate production teams, organize workshop activities and ensure compliance with operational objectives.

Job Requirements
: Education:
State Engineering degree. Specialization
in mechanics, industrial engineering, or aeronautics
. Technical skills:
Solid knowledge of general mechanics, industrial systems and materials
Strong interest in aeronautical maintenance and engine MRO
Ability to understand and apply complex technical documentation (AMM, CMM, SB, AD)
Sensitivity to regulatory environments and quality, safety and airworthiness standards
Operational technical English (documentation and technical exchanges)
Behavioral skills:
Strong motivation for on-the-job learning and the development of MRO expertise
Rigor, reliability and sense of responsibility
Team spirit and good communication skills
Analytical and decision-making skills in a constrained industrial environment
Managerial potential and willingness to move towards production supervision roles in the short term
