Roles and Responsibilities

· Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.

· Conduct regular preventative maintenance on all after-sales equipment, proactively identifying and addressing potential problems.

· Provide expert technical support and training to customers, empowering them to operate and maintain equipment effectively.

· Manage spare parts inventory and ordering, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness.

· Prepare detailed service reports, documenting all maintenance activities, repairs, and customer interactions.

· Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales consultations and equipment demonstrations.

· Travel to customer sites to perform on-site repairs and maintenance, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

· Stay updated on the latest industry advancements, equipment technologies, and service procedures through continuous learning and training.

· Manage warranty claims efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing financial impact.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and building trust.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

· Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), or other technical certifications.

· Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service and maintenance within the manufacturing or related industry.

· Exhibits a strong understanding of preventative maintenance methodologies and troubleshooting techniques.

· Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repair.

· Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

· Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

· Displays a customer-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

· Possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively.

· Fluent in English and preferably another language, with the ability to understand technical manuals and communicate effectively with international clients.
