An exciting opportunity is available for a Engineer III, Electrical Reliability, Located in Jubail.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Electrical reliability engineer is responsible for guiding efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of Electrical assets.

The Engineer champions the implementation of reliability best practices and evaluates new technology and new ideas to continuously improve reliability of the plant’s Electrical and control systems.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop engineering solutions for chronic and sporadic equipment reliability problems and work with engineering, operation and maintenance to implement solutions
• Provide authority technical expertise and lead the troubleshooting activity whenever called upon to resolve complex problems and issues related to Electrical assets.
• Owns Electrical bad actor management process, carryout analysis and take appropriate action to eliminate recurring failures.
• Lead and develop the Electrical assets maintenance strategy.
• Support maintenance team for creation of Electrical maintenance procedure.
• Provides technical Support for Electrical activities during TAM preparation and execution.
• Develop, monitor & present KPI’s for Electrical asset’s & prepare monthly reports
• Lead or participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) study and failure investigations related to Electrical assets.
• Participates in reliability methodologies like RCM FMEA as a Subject matter expertise for Electrical assets.
• Participate and support in development & evaluation of Management of Change related to Electrical assets.
• Recognize and clearly define opportunities for cost effective and sustainable engineering improvements and provide technical evaluation including alternative solutions.
• Participates in the final check-out of new installations. This includes FAT and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Electrical Engineering.

Minimum Experience:

• 10+ years of experience.
