Roles & Responsibilities

Control and approval of AS-BUILT files for installations carried out.
Follow the implementation of HVAC installations on site and coordinate with the site teams.
Ensure technical monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of existing systems.

An HVAC engineer must have an engineering degree or equivalent in a specialty such as air conditioning engineering, thermal engineering, energy, mechanics, or a related field.
Certifications or specific training in HVAC or energy management may be an asset.
Mastery of the principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat exchange, essential for designing effective heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in the thermal hammam field.
Ability to size and optimize equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation) according to the energy needs of a building or installation.
Knowledge of modeling and simulation software for thermal flows and fluid dynamics (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Trane, Carrier, HAP, IESVE).
Knowledge of national and international standards in terms of construction, safety, environment and energy performance.
Ability to manage design, implementation and maintenance projects for HVAC systems, including resource, cost and time management.
Team management and communication skills with the various stakeholders in the project (architects, engineers from other specialties, contractors, clients).
Previous experience in the design or installation of HVAC systems is often required.
Ability to write clear and detailed documents, such as technical proposals, performance reports, or monthly reports.
Must often work in collaboration with other engineers (structures, electricity,) and must be able to integrate into a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in the field of air conditioning engineering, thermal engineering, energy.
