Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative engineering solutions that meet project specifications while adhering to industry standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability and minimize potential issues during execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to align technical requirements with user needs.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports, to facilitate clear communication among stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) from an accredited institution is essential.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, demonstrating a proven track record in engineering projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Project Management Professional) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., aerospace, automotive, construction) to enhance domain knowledge and expertise.
