Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support regarding textile motorcycle garments, including fabrics, construction, safety features, and performance
Handle customer complaints, technical inquiries, and quality issues professionally
Analyze returned or failed garments and prepare detailed technical reports in English
Coordinate with production, quality control, and R&D teams to identify root causes and corrective actions
Manage warranty claims, repairs, replacements, and customer feedback
Support sales and merchandising teams with technical product information
Ensure products meet customer specifications and international safety standards
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication records in English
Identify recurring issues and recommend product and process improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
Communicate fluently in English/strong> with international customers, brands, and distributors via email, video calls, and phone>
Highly fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
Knowledge of motorcycle apparel safety standards (e.g., CE / EN standards)
Experience handling customer complaints, quality claims, and technical support
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
