The GROW Program is a Logistica DP World company-funded initiative designed to offer a unique one year and half experience for talented fresh graduates from our local community who meet the eligibility criteria.
The program provides participants with real-world exposure, practical insights into professional life, and a solid foundation for their future career paths. It also presents opportunities to build valuable business networks and connections
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree of Engineering
- Major department in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Excellent English Language Skills
- Leadership potential
- Confident presentation skills (MUST)
- V. Good MS Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Eligibility: Open to fresh graduates (maximum 2 years since graduation)
