Roles & Responsibilities

Department

ENGINEERING & BUSINESS SERVICES

Primary Purpose of the Job

Manage the review, approval, and issuance of eCPW/PTW for Asset operator's users, tenants, and contractors, to ensure all the activities performed in the Industrial City boundary area are in line with QatarEnergy/ Industrial Cities Guidelines, Regulations and Procedures.

Develop and supervise inspection program, methodologies and schedules to ensure that all activities/projects related to Asset operator's, tenants and contractors etc. in RLIC/MIC/DCA are in compliance with requirements and conditions as specified in applicable permits and procedures which are in compliance with QatarEnergy regulations.

Required Experience and Skills

10 years total experience with at least five years in oil and gas.

Working knowledge of discipline activities such as construction, testing, commissioning, and understanding of engineering principles.

In depth working knowledge of engineering and HSE codes and standards.

Ability to read engineering drawings.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering in any discipline
