Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform maintenance activities for 400kV and 132kV overhead transmission lines and associated auxiliaries.

Implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), preventive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting of transmission line issues.

Utilize modern condition monitoring systems and technologies for high-voltage lines.

Ensure compliance with relevant international standards and safety regulations.

Participate in inspection, testing, installation, and commissioning of transmission systems.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain system reliability and operational efficiency.

Maintain proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities and findings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 7 years of experience as an engineer in maintenance of high-voltage transmission OHL systems (400kV / 132kV).

Strong knowledge of electrical power transmission systems.

Understanding of OHL design, manufacturing processes, and materials.

Expertise in testing, installation, and commissioning of transmission lines.

Familiarity with international standards related to high-voltage transmission systems.

Experience in condition monitoring techniques and fault diagnostics.

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
